If your familiar with the tabular organization of spreadsheets, you're probably already accustomed to storing data in a column and row format. It's not much of a stretch from spreadsheets to databases. However, databases are much more powerful to access and manage large amounts of information. |

A properly designed database provides your organization with up-to-date, accurate information. It's essential to achieving your goals, improving office work flow and ensuring data integrity. We use MS Access to design databases for use with 1 to 25 concurrent users. All users can access the same information at the same time without worrying about corrupting, or duplicating data. A variety of security levels can be implemented to ensure everyone has access to the proper information.
The example screen pictured is the main screen of a database that provides all the necessary functions to manage a business.
The database can process orders, handle order fulfillment, email one or more customers, perform broadcast emails, print labels, manage customers, produce sales reports and much more.

Although MS Access has a decent ability using its integrated Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) feature, sometimes a more powerful interface is needed.
